I pride myself in creating a safe and relaxing space for my customers to be able to unwind. Cancellation Policy
Hello Beauties/Gents!
Please read all of our terms & policies to ensure an error free booking process.
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request a 24 hours notice. Cancellation or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in 20% of the service amount.
First time clients will be required to pay a security deposit of $30.00( excluding kid appointments ranging from ages 3-10). These deposits are both Non-refundable & Non-Transferable
Any hairstyle that is booked for small will require a security deposit of $50.00 and will be put toward your service amount. These deposits are both Non-refundable & Non-Transferable
Please No kids,No pets, No additional people ,unless getting serviced.
Please come washed and blow dried, and if not blow dried please be detangled thoroughly. Please note that blow drying will be an extra charge of $10 and if not properly detangled an extra charge of $10 will be added.
Appointments before 11am and after 7pm there will be an additional fee of $25 applied to balance.
Hair is provided with service, but ask that you put in your notes when booking the color you want or dm me.
Standard length is top of butt, anything past that will be an extra $20 dollars.
Please refrain from booking if you feel ill.
You will have a 15 minute grace period , but please give me a call or text to let me know you will be running late. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a deposit will be required for future bookings.
